Hello Catherine, After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing, the purchase was finally closed early this afternoon; to our great relief!! Now we have the job of sorting our the minor bits and pieces that need fixing - like, no hot water - but that's normal with a new house, I suppose.
That being said, we really do extend our thank's to you and your staff for the always prompt, efficient and friendly service we've received; particularly your going to bat for us on the interest and some of the over-the-top paper issues that were encountered.
